WHAT IS COLON HYDROTHERAPY (CHT)?
CHT is a safe, effective, and sanitary way of removing waste from the large intestine by the use of warm filtered water. CHT helps cleanse, tone, and rebuild the colon and is best used in combination with adequate nutrient and fluid intake as well as exercise.
The procedure is as follows:
The client changes into a hospital gown, lies down upon my table, and is modestly covered. I then put on sterile gloves and use sterile tubes for the insertion. Once the tube is in place, the client lies on his/her back with knees bent, and I then slowly trickle warm filtered water through the tubes. When the colon is sufficiently full, I release the water and do an abdominal massage to encourage the colon to release fecal matter. This procedure is repeated as many times as necessary for about an hour. Then the tube is removed so the client can release any remaining water in the bathroom.

Philosophy and Comments
I recommend that the client not eat or drink anything for 3 hours before the procedure so the body will not be confused by digestion vs. colonic! Also, who wants an abdominal massage while digesting?

The packages of 5 and 10 are to be done in a period of 1-2 months for a complete cleanse.

HOW DOES THE BODY BECOME UNCLEAN INSIDE?
When bacteria present in the gut act upon undigested food, intestinal toxemia happens. This interaction can produce toxic chemicals and gases which can then damage the mucosal lining of the intestines and can spread around the body via the bloodstream. In the beginning stages of toxemia, the body usually has enough nutritional reserves to manage so there may be no symptoms. But as time passes, harmful bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites can multiply, their toxic wastes overwhelming the body's defenses, and crowding out the beneficial bacteria (your immune system) because the terrain has changed to favor multiplication of harmful organisms. We start to experience such symptoms as fatigue, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, skin disorders, brain fog, irritable bowel syndrome, or joint and muscle pain. Poor diet, lack of enzymes and HCL, NSAIDS, pharmaceuticals, and hormones increase the body's toxic load. The liver becomes overworked and sends toxins to other organs for help.
Series of colonics
A series of 5 or 10 is recommended for those who have never done colonics, have a history of constipation or other colon problems. These should be done in conjunction with herbal cleanses, fiber, bentonite clay liquid, liver clease, etc. making colonics that much more effective. Do these cleansing series a couple of times per year. Take probiotics(beneficial bacteria) as well.
Diet
The ideal diet consists of 70-100% raw fruits and veggies.
This will keep your bowel movements regular. Eat nothing but these green smoothies for a week and see the difference!
Much of it should be greens like spinach, Romaine, Green Leaf Lettuce, Kale, Collards, Mustard, Turnip, whatever you like(yes,raw), but NEVER iceberg lettuce. No nutrition there. Place a handful of greens in blender with RIPE fruit in season and water to blend into smoothie. Fill that blender up! Drink this 2-4 times daily. No kidding! It's delish! Sample recipe:
2 bananas
1 ripe peeled pear
1 peeled Macintosh apple
1 peeled orange,or mango, or some fresh RIPE pineapple
1 handful of spinach
2 or 3 large lettuce leaves(see above paragraph)
Blend all together with 1-2c. bottled water, stopping blender occasionally to allow settling. Enjoy! Next time make up your own recipe. That's half the fun.
